Nicky Fleming

While many might see Nicky as the sparkle and energy that drives the unique culture of CHR and helps manage the Downtown Littleton office, she is first and foremost all about family. Whether skiing in winter or pool-time and paddle boarding in summer, there is no place she would rather be than with her husband and three children. She extends that devotion and love for others to all she does and makes every person she meets feel like they have royal blood. That’s probably due in part to the fact that Nicky is from Surrey in England, south of London. British charm simply oozes out of her wherever she goes!

Celebration and hospitality are Nicky’s middle names and if there’s a reason at all for a party, she’s on it. From home-baked British goodies to crazy hats and photo booths, she doesn’t follow the fun; it follows her! Make no mistake, she’s also hardworking and conscientious with loads of integrity. When you need something done and done right, she will tirelessly see it through.

Nicky and her family moved to the United States in 2013 for her husband’s job with the Colorado Rapids Soccer Club. She acclimated quickly, utilizing her training and performing as an actress before having children to work with preschoolers and run theater camps for elementary age kids. In 2017, Nicky started working with CHR agents providing administrative help and now serves on the CHR Operations Team as a vital part of CHR being the well-oiled machine it is.

She’s traveled a bit, including Japan, New Zealand, the Caribbean, Spain, France and Greece. But her favorite is when travelers come to her. Hosting out-of-town guests is one of her favorite things to do. Fun fact: she was invited to a tea party at Buckingham Palace with Queen Elizabeth. (Did someone say “party”?!)
