Shanna Evans

Shanna's goal is to help mindful people build wealth through real estate. Being an advocate for homeowners is her passion and she will work deliberately to bring authenticity to the process of buying or selling homes alongside her extraordinary team at Colorado Home Realty! She has a knack for seeing the potential in a home as well as understanding the ins and outs of the business-end of any real estate decision. This equips her to offer true full service to her clients.

Originally from Kansas City, Shanna has a bachelor’s degree in Business Education from the University of Central Missouri, and a Masters of Education from Park University. She has traveled all over Europe, Mexico, much of the US, and is looking forward to a safari in South Africa.

When she’s not helping her buyers and sellers achieve the best possible outcome, you will find Shanna spending time with her family and two doodles, Olive and Milo... even paddle boarding with them! Camping, skiing, attending her kids ball games and managing their STR fills up their free time. She also enjoys supporting Cherry Creek Girls Basketball (her husband is the coach), exploring new cities around Colorado, and any live music. Essentially – if whatever she’s doing for fun involves being outside and a nice glass of wine, she’s happy!
