Coming from a multi-generational real estate family along with nearly three decades in the business herself, Sam brings a lot of experience to each transaction. She sees to it that her clients feel listened to, cared for and that they enjoy the process. Honesty, objectivity, and a “can-solve” attitude set the tone not only for her clients but for other brokers she works with. A natural connector with a positive outlook, Sam is much more likely to find solutions rather than sound alarms. She is inspired by those who are smart, transparent and who do the right thing even when no one is watching and strives to be that person both personally and professionally.

As much as Sam loves real estate, she loves even more being Super Mom to her two boys. She feels her greatest mission in life is to raise happy, healthy young men who give back to society. She encourages them by practicing what she preaches and volunteers weekly at the Buddy Center Animal Rescue as a dog-walker. Truly the highlight of her day. She married her husband, Tobias, in 2000 who serves as a local fire chief in their community. She has also served on many boards, both professionally and philanthropically.

Sam is a Colorado native and loves being outside. If there’s fresh air to be found, she’ll go after it, either on the tennis court, mountain or dirt bike trail, or ski slope – preferably with her family. When they’re not available, she will set out on a hike to just about anywhere with her dog. For those days that call for being inside, Sam enjoys her book club and the excuse to curl up with a good read. Sam’s love for Colorado hasn’t kept her from exploring the world. Her family often vacations in Mexico and she has traveled to Europe several times. Her favorite trip? Paris, the Eiffel Tower on December 31, 1999, and a proposal at midnight. She entered Y2K engaged in the most romantic setting imaginable!

In Sam’s occasional free time, you will find her listening to classic country music or cheering on the Broncos, attending as many games as she can. She also watches a lot of lacrosse games with both sons playing lacrosse at Colorado Mesa University. Currently, she’s eagerly preparing to build a custom home near Chatfield Reservoir. She also owns and manages seven investment properties. Sam knows a thing or two about remodeling and would love to chat with you about your ideas or projects! Born in Fort Collins, Sam attended High School outside of Jackson Hole, Wyoming then returned to Colorado State University where she earned a degree in Business. She has lived in Denver ever since.
