When she’s not working, ZsaNell enjoys hitting the runway in fashion shows, and going on long walks with her dog, Dom. Naturally outgoing and confident, ZsaNell is involved in her community and loves connecting with people. As an agent, she cares about relationships and knows that real estate is more than simply making it to the closing table, it’s about guiding families toward greater financial security.

A Colorado native, ZsaNell grew up in the Montbello area and attended Smoky Hill High School. After high school, she attended college and then worked in the modeling and cosmetology industry for several years. She first became interested in the real estate industry when her family lost three properties during the housing market crash of 2008. The impact of that experience is what drives her today. ZsaNell not only provides elite and professional customer service but goes above and beyond to educate her clients on the entire home buying and selling process.

Always excited to learn new things, ZsaNell enjoys traveling and has visited Mexico, Jamaica, and Belize. Locally, she enjoys eating at the Olive Garden, and following the Denver Broncos. If she had a theme song it would be “Dedication,” by Nipsey Hussle. A self-described tomboy, ZsaNell is inspired by her dad–the most important person in her life. For a book that touches your heart, she highly recommends, As a Man Thinketh, by James Allen. ZsaNell is proud of her own personal growth over the last couple of years, and of the woman she has become. Her words to live by are: the race is not given to the strong, but to he who endures till the end.
