In short, Randy is a family man, pursuer of God and avid baseball fan. A frequent traveler, he likes to take advantage of the time and scenery to capture amazing photographs, explore the culture and do crazy workouts in unexpected places.

Randy also enjoys good coffee, great beer, eclectic music and time with excellent friends, and he has climbed over a dozen Colorado Fourteeners with one of his three kids in tow.

Randy was raised in New England and Florida, until joining the Navy. Landing in San Diego, after serving four years, he worked several jobs to finance Ministry School.

In 1997, Randy met a girl and six months later, married her on the beach where they began their life adventure. For 18-years, they have worked hard and played hard, serving their grand vision for family and future. They are true self-made entrepreneurs, who believe the more you give and serve – the more joy and prosperity you create.

In 1998, they moved to Colorado and have been Douglas County Residents ever since.

Willing to build the best life and legacy, Randy chose to be a full-time dad and play an integral role in his wife’s business for thirteen years. His family benefited greatly from his undivided attention and support. Strong ethics, a servant’s heart, and an analytical mind provided strong guidance in his wife’s career and laid a powerful foundation in his kid’s lives.

During that time, a passion for personal development and training opened the door for a part-time gig as a business co-owner, where he helped raise one of the first CrossFit gyms in the metro area. Randy’s deep dedication to family, faith, entrepreneurship, and his genuine desire to meet people at their greatest point of need, naturally lead him to find a career in Real Estate.

His calm demeanor and strategic thinking helped build major success in the couple’s home-based business, and now all of these traits translate into the perfect partner for other families, in finding the right place to come home.
