Nate is first and foremost a people person. When he’s not working, he’s finding ways to spend time with the people he loves, doing the things that he loves. As a real estate agent, Nate takes the time to partner with his clients and become a trusted friend. His aim is to learn about his client’s goals in life, and how he can best be of service. He wants people to know the wealth they can build through real estate investing, and he started a company (Money Mailbox) focused on guiding people toward greater financial freedom.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Nate is a graduate of CU Boulder with a background in Business and Communications. Professionally, he spent 6 years in communications consulting for ExxonMobil stewarding strategic executive-level business objectives and alignment campaigns. Nate is described as ambitious and driven, as well as compassionate and encouraging. He loves a good challenge and aims to be the best, period.

Nate has traveled throughout the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, and he’s also a history buff whose dream vacation would be an extended trip to visit the New Seven Wonders of the World. He and his wife Jocelyn share their home with two huskies, Bode and Millie, and though they always have a lot going on, Nate wouldn’t have it any other way. He wants to experience everything he possibly can in life with amazing people beside him. Locally, Nate likes dining at Blue Sushi Sake Grill, and his favorite drink is Ranch Water hard seltzer. His other interests include playing golf in the summer, skiing in the winter, and rooting for the Dallas Cowboys. If Nate had a theme song it would be “No Place” by Rufus Du Sol.

It's Nate’s mom who inspires him the most, having guided him toward growth his entire life. She is a person who understands the big picture ­– patient, understanding, open-minded, and incredibly caring. She's his rock, and Nate is pretty sure she really does know everything! Later in life, he hopes to look back on a career to be proud of, a wonderful family and friends, and a legacy that lasts. Nate’s positive words to live by are: Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity. Work hard, be kind to people, and always say yes.
