Marni is a third-generation Colorado native who has spent all of her life between Colorado and Southern California. While she loves visiting SoCal, she is convinced there is no better place than the Mile-High state! 

Marni worked for a number of years as an assistant to her top-ranked real estate mother, Caron Andrews, while also running a limousine company and CJM Enterprises, where she and her partners bought fix-and-flip properties (before it was a “thing”!). Marni got licensed in 2000 and began working in real estate full-time.  From 2002-2011, Marni owned and operated Kelce Enterprises, where she continued to work with her mother, who later switched roles and became Marni’s assistant, until her untimely passing in March of 2013.

Working with both buyers and sellers all over the Denver metro area, but specializing in acreage, luxury and horse properties in the Elbert and Douglas county region. Marni runs a primarily referral-based business, made possible by her love for developing lifelong relationships. She not only becomes a trusted real estate professional and advisor, but a "friend" to most of her clients. She has been awarded the coveted 5280 Five Star Realtor Award (given to the top 7% of Denver Realtors, based on 10 areas of customer satisfaction). She has also earned Diamond and Double Diamond awards through SMDRA. Marni holds an FIS designation (Foreclosure Intervention Specialist), a CNE designation (Certified Negotiation Expert) and is Crypto Certified.

When not helping her clients experience a World Class transaction, you will find Marni making the most out of the Colorado country lifestyle she loves with all her 4-legged family members including horses, llamas, alpacas, goats, dogs and cats and her partner and soulmate, Frank (two-legged)! She also runs a wellness business, helping educate people about the benefits of toxin-free living. A “thrill junky”, Marni enjoys skydiving, paragliding, dirt bikes, motorcycles, horseback riding, mountain biking, sharpshooting, tubing with her dogs and snowboarding. When she sustained a compound fracture of her femur by a wayward horse, she was forced to become a little less adventurous, although taking up paramotoring is a dream for her future!!

When you get a chance, be sure to ask Marni about “Treehouse Magic”, the solar-powered treehouse with kitchen and bathroom as well as 1028 sq. foot deck and another rooftop deck that she and Frank have built on their 80-acre Elizabeth horse ranch. This treehouse is available for short-term rental and a great way to get a break from the hustle and bustle of the city life.
