Originally from Washington D.C., Lucas came to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder and never looked back. He has been here for over a decade and has seen Denver’s rapid development. Lucas presents a level of customer service that can only be matched by his team members at Colorado Home Realty. His extensive knowledge of Denver and surrounding areas makes him a personal concierge of all that Colorado has to offer. Lucas joined the Colorado Home Realty team in November of 2012. With the dedication and passion he shows to his clients, he is always looking to be ahead of the game in knowing what is happening in the Denver market. He loves working with first time homebuyers looking to start their new life and teaching his clients about the market is something he is truly passionate about. While currently living in NW Denver, Lucas has a knack for spotting signs of positive growth and is constantly looking at market stats and different neighborhoods.
