Greg Sturcke

Raised in Westfield, New Jersey, ~ 20 miles outside of New York City, Greg attended the University of Vermont, then Babson College where he earned his MBA. Following six years in Boston and NYC, Greg moved to Denver in 2004 to live where he saw himself being happiest. Part of that transition was becoming a Realtor, enabling him to do what he enjoys most: help others – especially with one of the largest financial transactions many will ever make. An empathetic connector who places a high priority on communication, Greg really enjoys the process of interacting with his clients to understand their life goals and how real estate can contribute to achieving them. He has well-developed processes for buyers and sellers that he uses to provide the very best real estate experience for his clients. Adding value and making others smile are important for Greg; his full-service, hardworking, hands-on approach along with efficiency and responsiveness provide great benefit to his clients. Inspired by those who make a difference and genuinely care about others, Greg strives to do just that. Greg places a high value on a healthy balance of work and fun. When he’s not chasing down the best possible outcomes for his clients, you'll likely find him on his bike or skis. He also enjoys hiking and local adventures with his wife Nancy, son Mateo, and two dogs. The Denver Zoo, Levitt Pavilion, Red Rocks and neighborhood parks are some of their favorite spots. During college, Greg spent a semester in London and traveled much of western Europe, so traveling (when time allows) is also a favorite activity. Some of his best memories tie to New Orleans (JazzFest), Prague, Seville, Jamaica, and Cabo. A huge dog and music lover, Greg also enjoys following the EPL and Everton F.C. He also enjoys books and podcasts on personal development, and recent favorites have included The Go-Giver, Think and Grow Rich, and the “Men in Blazers” (EPL football) podcast. Words that Greg lives by: People would always rather follow a leader who is real than one is who always right.
