Greg brings extensive experience and a spirit of partnership to CHR. Having run his own brokerage in Denver County since 2013, he now joins forces with CHR to grow into the top brokerage in the Denver Metro area. Greg has a true passion to make real estate better. Whether a consumer or agent, he educates and empowers everyone he works with to understand the real estate process and navigate through it with confidence.
Greg specializes in analyzing a situation and then asking the right questions to help a client determine the best plan for moving forward. He jokes that his job is easy - ask all the questions and let the other person figure out the answers! He can help someone who isn't analytical look at all the options, weigh the pros and cons and have all the information needed to make a great decision. His experience, especially in Denver County, has given him a thorough knowledge of the “ins and outs” of each neighborhood and he doesn’t hesitate to honestly guide his clients toward the right one. He believes commission comes as a result of making great decisions and only when the right decision is made.
Originally from Philadelphia, Greg attended Virginia Tech where he received a BS in Management Science (a hybrid of computer science and business). After time in Charlotte as a programmer, he made a leap to something totally out of the box and went to film school. He was then hired by Duke University football team for sports video. Realizing that wasn't his passion, he jumped all-in to real estate. Greg is inspired by people who follow their passion, even if it rocks the boat or is out of the norm.
When not helping his clients succeed in their real estate goals, you will more than likely find Greg on the golf course, playing poker or just hanging out with his family watching a good movie. He likes classic rock, Virginia Tech, and Philadelphia Eagles football, and “Automobile University”…listening to educational audiobooks and podcasts, learning as he drives. Greg met his wife in Charlotte watching football at a bar and after a few years, they threw a dart and picked Denver for the next chapter of life. It started as a temporary move but now have no plans to leave.
Words Greg lives by: “Do what you do best and outsource the rest.”
