Determined, perseverant, and relational, Geoffrey loves the whole process of buying and selling real estate. From creating relationships and advocating for his clients, to searching for beautiful homes and negotiating a favorable outcome for all parties, Geoffrey knows that real estate is not just a transaction, it's a partnership, and he looks forward to helping you find your new home!

Originally from the cornfields of Indiana, Geoffrey feels much more at home in the mountains of Colorado. When he is not working with clients, he enjoys camping, rock climbing, mountain biking, snowboarding, dirtbiking, and playing guitar. Other interests include craft coffee, craft beer, bourbon, and scotch; Geoffrey is always up for a good drink and good conversation. Naturally fun loving and social, yet also with a deep love for the solitude of the mountains, Geoffrey is inspired by the example of naturalist John Muir who turned his passion into purpose, allowing his love of nature to drive his advocacy for the conservation of some of our nation’s most beautiful national parks.

Geoffrey has always been an analytical thinker who dives deep into the things he’s passionate about. In college, Geoffrey majored in philosophy, and later earned a master's degree in biblical studies from Denver Seminary. A self-described nerd who loves learning a little something about everything, one of his favorite books is Neil deGrasse Tyson’s Astrophysics for People in a Hurry. Geoffrey allows his analytical thinking and hunger for education drive him toward ever increasing real estate expertise, from contract law to investment strategies.

Geoffrey married his college sweetheart Sarah Beth who keeps him on his toes with various adventures, house projects, and an unquenchable passion for living a meaningful life with meaningful relationships. They have a heaven-side son, Ames, and are expecting twins in March. They enjoy the process of purchasing a property with potential and transforming it into a beautiful space with thoughtful updates. They’ve owned three homes so far, and currently own one rental property in addition to their primary residence. They intend to add an investment property to their portfolio every one to two years.
