Christina Duskis

A typical Saturday finds Christina either showing homes or spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys going to the gym, taking strength training classes, and spending time with her niece and nephew. Professionally, Christina specializes in residential real estate and investment properties, has seventeen years of property management experience, and received the top producer award on her very first real estate deal! She treats her clients like family and works hard to make their home buying and selling experience fun and easy.

As a detailed and organized former teacher, Christina is very good at explaining the specifics of the real estate process to her clients. She understands our evolving property market and works with the highest integrity to help buyers and sellers find their perfect homes, build wealth, and invest in their futures.

Always eager to learn and explore, Christina has lived in Rome, and on the Italian island of Sardinia, where she studied at a language school and taught English.

Multitalented and adventurous, she has published two books, speaks Italian, and has visited over 70 countries! Christina also has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado State University, and a master’s degree in Cross Cultural Education from National University.

Described as kind, thoughtful, and patient, Christina grew up in Pasadena, California, and moved to Fort Collins when she was fourteen years old. She calls Colorado home, and has settled in Denver. Christina is inspired in life by people like Oprah Winfrey and Jeff Foster, who focus on helping others and bringing people joy. She is also motivated to be healthy and take care of herself, knowing that without great health, it is challenging to have a great life.

Persistent and hardworking, Christina is most proud of her ability to face her fears, be independent, and create the life she wants. Her plan for the future is to build an empire of short-term rental properties. She would also like to start a charity for underprivileged young adults to provide them scholarships for travel. One of Christina’s favorite books is The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane, by Kate DiCamillo. It’s a children's book about how our hearts open and close throughout life as we experience different relationships. If Christina had a theme song, it would be “I Lived” by One Republic. Her words to live by are: Everything changes. Everything works together for good. Be grateful for what you have.
