If she’s not working, you will probably find Cheri spending time with her close-knit family. Saturdays are often spent watching her boys play sports and being with her mom (and best friend). Cheri has been in the real estate business for 26 years and is described by clients as patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Cheri originally went to school for fashion merchandising and enjoyed working in the fashion industry for many years before turning her attention and sales experience to real estate. Since then, Cheri has received numerous industry awards, including the South Metro Denver Real Estate Association Diamond Awards, and 5280 Five Star Awards.

A mountain girl who loves the city, Cheri is originally from Leadville, Colorado. She and her husband Cliff enjoy watching their boys play sports, going to sporting events, and camping. She loves to learn and explore and has traveled extensively in the US, as well as Canada, Mexico, and Europe. Her family is of Spanish descent, and her dream vacation is to take her family and boys to experience the unique history and culture of Spain and Italy. Locally, she likes rooting for the Denver Broncos and any teams her boys play on! A fan of Mexican food, one of Cheri’s favorite restaurants is El Tequileno, and her favorite drinks are water and the occasional drink. If she had a theme song it would be “It’s My Life” by Bon Jovi, and her favorite book is The Bible - because it has the answer to any question you will ever ask.

Cheri’s parents were wonderful role models and are the great inspirations in her life. Her Dad was a proud man with an impeccable work ethic, who set the example to always work hard, do your best, and be your best. She is very proud of her three boys and wants them to be respectful, loving, and proud of the life she and Cliff provide. She knows how blessed she is to have had wonderful parents and hopes to always be able to help her family in any way she can.

Cheri takes care of her clients like family and cares wholeheartedly. She never wants people to feel pressured or pushed beyond their comfort level, and she knows that it will all come together in the end. Her advice to clients is to be patient and remember that they are deciding on a home—and if it doesn’t feel good now, then it won’t feel good later.
