Chantal Gemperline

A New York native, Chantal has been living and working as a Realtor® in Colorado for over 18 years. She brings not only exceptional knowledge of the Denver real estate market but also a strong belief that everyone – especially her clients – deserves a shot at loving where they live. While she embodies the saying that “you can take the girl out of New York, but you can’t take New York out of the girl”, she chose to stay here after attending Colorado State University because of the rich and affordable lifestyle the area has to offer. She goes above and beyond to see to it that all of her clients have the same experience: find the perfect fit for them and truly love where they live. The game of lacrosse has been a big part of Chantal’s life. Not only did it bring her and her husband together, it has also equipped her with discipline, coaching and leadership skills that she uses every day in her business as well as in parenting her two smart, kind and amazing boys. Whether helping them with robotics, soccer, basketball, or lacrosse…or successfully and actively guiding buyers and sellers in their real estate pursuits, she is a thoughtful, capable, intentional and creative coach. Inspired by her own past coaches who taught her to be a leader and how to inspire others, as well as her parents who taught her about good decision making and to take risks, Chantal began her real estate career after obtaining a business degree in management with an emphasis on small business and entrepreneurship from CSU. Her initial focus was on helping others diversify their investment portfolios with the purchase of real estate. This led to other specialties such as first-time homebuyers, new home construction, and a Senior Residential Specialist designation (SRES). She has also spent many hours working side by side with Habitat for Humanity and the Junior Achievement Education Program. When not taking great care of her clients, you will most likely find Chantal on a field coaching youth lacrosse, running at Red Rocks, golfing, or hiking, paddle-boarding, wakeboarding or camping with her family. She also loves to travel and has been to Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, Greece, Mexico, Costa Rica, St, Marten, Belize, and Bermuda just to name a few. Chantal not only enjoys playing sports but also being a spectator from time to time. She’s a big DU and CSU lacrosse fan and a 90% Broncos/10% Giants football fan.
