Ann Neuenschwander

Ann is a widely educated, well-traveled, hardworking, family woman originally from Minnesota. She has studied everywhere from the University of South Dakota Vermillion to Minnesota State University Moorhead, and all the way to Oxford University in Oxford England; a unique opportunity she had in the past! Traveling is in her DNA, she and her family love taking cruises, camping in their travel trailer, and vacationing in the Caribbean and Mexico. Her dream is to visit New Zealand and Tahiti in the future. Meditating, being outside in nature, shopping, entertaining, and being with friends help Ann relax and lose track of time. Any chance to soak up some of the amazing Colorado sun, she will. Whether it is hiking, camping, going to concerts, or having a family barbecue, you will most likely find her somewhere outside.

Her biggest inspirations are her four children. She finds herself learning so much from them, and enjoys the excitement they bring to her life. On a quest to better herself, one of her biggest goals is practicing healthy living habits. Dr. James Rouse and Dr. Roger Teel are amongst two of many inspirational gurus she follows to help with that goal in keeping her grounded, yet reminding her to always shoot for the moon.

Ann is detail-oriented, organized, and a great problem solver. Her determination, tenacity, and critical thinking are qualities essential in all her real estate transactions. She loves a challenge! Her goal is to see the bigger picture in a difficult situation and create the best situation she can with the cards that are dealt.
