Amy Chase

Described as outgoing, accepting, sensitive, and funny, Amy is unique in her ability to connect with others on a personal level. As an agent, she guides her clients through sometimes-stressful real estate transactions with empathy and kindness. It’s never just about business with Amy—she is naturally a very intuitive person, skilled at reading nonverbal communication, and always seeking positive, collaborative resolutions.

Amy has spent over 20 years in real estate, is a Certified Negotiation Expert, and a consistent annual 5280 5 Star Real Estate Professional winner. She has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work, and her first career was as a medical social worker at Craig Hospital. Amy is a member of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority where she met the amazing women that have been her best friends for over 30 years!

When she’s not selling real estate, Amy plays competitive tennis and loves to hike and travel. A typical Saturday finds her spending quality time with friends and family, often relaxing on a patio with good food and drinks, and even better conversation and laughter. Amy has traveled extensively, and her dream vacation is to take a European river cruise with her partner, Scott, and her parents. Connecting with people and having meaningful relationships are what make her tick.

Amy’s boys are her world, and she’s most proud in life of her three sons. They have lit up her life since arriving on the planet, and continue to provide her with joy, wonder, and opportunities for personal growth. Amy’s Dad is another inspiration, a great listener admired for his thoughtfulness, smarts, and generosity. Tara Westover’s book, “Educated”, an autobiography about the strength and resilience of the human spirit, is one of Amy’s favorite books. She also likes skinny spicy margaritas, and if she had a theme song it would be “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life” by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes. Amy’s words to live by are: Live your dreams, because without dreams, what’s the point?

Amy strives to have amazing relationships and take outstanding care of her clients. She is excited to be a broker with Colorado Home Realty, and for the opportunity to help you with your real estate needs.
