Alexandra Band

Alexandra Band joins CHR with a passion for people, real estate, and solving problems that is evident to all those around her. A natural connector of people and extravert, Alex gets her energy from being with community, friends, and family. Alex has high standards for herself and the people around her, leading with honesty and integrity, and endeavoring to add value whenever and wherever possible. Real estate investing has had a powerful impact on Alex’s story, and she believes deeply in the power of real estate to build long term wealth for her clients. A loyal friend and trusted advisor, Alex thrives on connecting great people & great ideas to achieve win-wins for everyone!

Alongside her long standing passion for real estate, Alex had a career in tech consulting after double-majoring in International Relations and Chinese Studies at Connecticut College. After a Fellowship in Hawaii and a stint at the World Bank Group in Washington, DC, Alex moved to Denver where she has lived since 2004. Speaking four languages (Mandarin Chinese, Dutch, French and English) came in handier in other phases of her life, but is her favorite “little known fact” about herself and party trick. Most recently Alex has focused her time on building her real estate portfolio to include long, medium and short term furnished rentals all over the Metro Denver area. 

In addition to real estate, Alex is passionate about interior design, home improvement, thrifting, and travel. A typical Saturday includes attending sporting events for her kids, walking her dog around the lake in her amazing neighborhood, and sharing dinner with friends. In her spare time, Alex is a huge foodie and loves trying new restaurants and recipes and making fancy charcuterie boards. Being from New Orleans has greatly influenced her aesthetic and interest in architecture, interior design, food, and laissez les bon temps roulez’ing.  

Alex’s favorite meals these days are from Turtle Boat, and her favorite drink is The Gardener (Matsuhisa). Alexandra has traveled extensively and says that her dream vacation involves copious amounts of beach time, adventure, spontaneity, and great company. She is proudest in life of her two kids, her relationships with friends and family and her real estate investment portfolio. Her words to live by are: where there’s a will there’s a way, and do or do not, there is no try.
