Shelle Beason Pennington started working in the real estate industry at the young age of sixteen as a receptionist for RE/MAX Professionals; however, she soon moved from the front of the office to become an assistant for a top-producing agent. Shelle first attended CU Boulder, and then transferred to CU Denver after her freshman year so that she could pursue more work within the real estate field.

Shelle got her real estate license at the age of eighteen and worked through her undergraduate years as a buyer’s agent for three Denver area brokers. Even with such a busy work schedule, she managed to graduate from the University of Colorado at Denver in just three years with the Magna Cum Laude distinction, and was recognized by the faculty as the Outstanding Graduate of the Business School.

It was after graduation from college that Shelle decided to begin work on her own in real estate as a Broker Associate. Since then, she has consistently earned achievement awards from RE/MAX, including the Executive and 100% awards. Shelle has also been a speaker/panelist at Denver’s Realtor Rally, featured in Broker Associate magazine and has been interviewed on several 9NEWS segments regarding real estate.

Shelle has a diverse client base, and represents sellers and buyers in all price ranges and situations. She has experience as a partner on several renovation projects, and currently manages her own rental properties. She is also well educated in short sales and possesses the necessary skills for negotiating with banks. From investment purchases to relocation moves, Shelle is adept at helping her clients accomplish their goals with real estate by managing the process of buying and selling effectively. She is personable, professional and offers unmatched customer service. The proof is in the numbers -- for the last seven years, approximately 90% of her business has come from referrals and satisfied past clients. She is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors, as well as CAR and NAR.

Special Areas of Interest:

As a native of Colorado, it is not surprising that Shelle’s hobbies include running, road biking, skiing, backpacking and most outdoor activities. She is an ongoing volunteer in her community, and also enjoys traveling, cooking and the performing arts. Shelle currently resides in Denver with her husband, Luke, and dog, Tess.
