Rich Petrone IS “The Hard-Charging Realtor.” Rich, like the Rhino is dedicated, aggressive in his marketplace, persistent, and will never give up until your objectives have been met. Rich has been selling real estate as his full-time career in the Denver metro area for over 30 years. Together with his team, he has successfully helped over 1,000 families with their real estate needs.

In addition to traditional real estate transactions, Rich completed extensive training to earn his “Certified Distressed Property Expert” designation to better serve consumers faced with short sale or foreclosure possibilities. This training provides him with the knowledge necessary to negotiate with banks and successfully guide consumers through this difficult time.

Rich has a skilled support team including his wife Sue, who is the Team’s Administrator, and their children; Nicole, Andrew, and Gavin, who are Licensed Agents, also working with Buyers and Sellers.

When not working with buyers and sellers, Rich enjoys spending time with his 4 grandchildren, reading, golfing, boating, biking (he rides the MS-150 Charity Ride each year to raise money for the research to fight Multiple Sclerosis), teaching 4th grade religious education, and training other Realtors to help them succeed in their business.
