Luke offers a vast array of real estate knowledge to his clients - his top priority being to always provide the best service he can. Luke is able to help clients with investment real estate purchases, lot selection for builders, and value-add projects and understands what investment-focused clients are looking for. Luke is currently also the co-owner of Silverton Investments, Inc., a Denver based real estate company that participates in urban value add and building projects.

Luke’s wife, Shelle Pennington, is also a real estate consultant with Colorado Home Realty. Her focus is on helping people buy and sell their primary homes. Together, they make an exceptional team with close to 20 combined years of real estate experience.

When Luke isn't helping clients he spends his time staying active outdoors with all that Colorado has to offer. He is a Colorado native and loves kayaking, biking, skiing and hunting. He lives in the Highlands neighborhood with his wife Shelle and their dog Tess.
