Karen is from Texas originally and has been in Colorado for over twenty years. She has been with Colorado Home Realty since June of 2010. Prior to joining The Pearson Team at Colorado Home Realty she was a realtor with Keller Williams and managed real estate offices for RE/MAX Professionals. She has a great deal of experience both behind the scenes and working with clients. She is honest, creative, thorough; her knowledge and experience adds tremendous value to the professional relationship she has with her clients.

Karen lives in Highlands Ranch with her husband Rick, a Colorado native, and their dog Tink. They have two grown children. Karen appreciates Colorado and all it has to offer, including biking, snowshoeing, and hiking. She also loves traveling and sailing the British Virgin Islands.

Karen enjoys the real estate world. She has a good eye for helping people ready their home for sale and making sure people get the best service in the market.
