Julie loves the building industry and remodeling homes and has an extensive background in these fields. Julie has helped her clients with a variety of home remodeling and investment projects, from selling small condos to completing multi-million dollar projects.

Julie graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology/Economics. She has also earned several real estate advanced degrees such as e-Pro (internet specialist), CDPE (certified distressed property expert), RCC (residential construction certified), 203K- Rebuild USA. Julie is an active member of the Denver MLS, Colorado Association of Realtors, South Metro Realtors Association, and National Association of Realtors. Julie was awarded the Gold Star Award by 5280 magazine in 2010.

Julie and her family currently reside in Arapahoe County. Julie and her husband Rik have two children, Cameron and Caitlyn. Their family is very active in their community from Rik being Santa and the kids taking turns being the Easter Bunny at neighborhood events. They enjoy tennis, road trips, going to the kid’s sporting events and hanging out together. Julie and her family started out in Denver area in the early nineties in classic brick bungalow near Cherry Creek. Julie fell in love with Colorado when she moved here from Iowa to attend college.
