Jim Zieper joined the Colorado Home Realty team in December 2010 and brings a high level of real estate expertise. His primary focus is the Littleton/Bow Mar area. Jim also has also extensive knowledge with “fix and flips” in the Metro area. “I love the smell of sawdust in the morning!” Jim quips.

A native of Minnesota, Jim came to Colorado in 1981 to attend the University of Colorado in Boulder. After a brief stint in property management, Jim began his full-time real estate sales career in 1991 and has earned both the GRI and CRS designations, the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field.

An avid golfer and skier, Jim resides in the Littleton neighborhood of Bow Mar South with his wife and two children, where he is an active member of the homeowners association. Jim’s favorite neighborhood event is the annual Bow Mar Pond Hockey Tournament.

His wife, Brenda, is an Interior Designer and assists Jim with preparing his listings to look their best, while also helping clients with their design needs.
