Dan Pearson joined the Colorado Home Realty team in 2010 and offers a unique level of real estate expertise combined with an uncommon level of professionalism and drive. Dan is the managing broker for Colorado Home Realty and his primary focus is agent development. He is inspired by helping others achieve business goals as well as personal goals and thrives on seeing his teams productivity soar.

Dan is a consistent top producer with over 30 years experience in the real estate industry. Prior to real estate, Dan was inspired by the creativity of custom home building and later worked his way into land development. Dan’s former development company, The Ventana Group, built many homes throughout the Denver area including homes in White Deer Valley, the Ridge at Hiwan and Upper Bear Creek.

Dan’s real estate career began in 2003 with a local, successful, branch of RE/MAX. He was valued at his company and created a training program for the agents that did this and that. In both 2006 and 2008, Dan was the #1 Independent Realtor at RE/MAX Pro’s for commissions earned.

A Colorado native, Dan was born and raised in Lakewood. He attended Fort Lewis College in Durango and lived in Aspen for two years. Dan lives for the Colorado lifestyle. He is frequently seen skiing, running or hiking, camping and kayaking. Dan currently resides in Littleton with his wife, Nora. They have three grown children.

Dan holds the real estate designation CDPE as well as Luxury Home Expert. Dan is also a licensed real estate broker serving his own clients needs and specializes in the South West Denver Metro area.
