Cyndi has made the Denver area her home since 1993. She is a Midwesterner at heart from southern Ohio, but loves life here in Colorado. She has two sons and two daughters, respectively. Her home also includes two cute Shih Tzu dogs and a Greek Tortoise.
After working as a Paralegal in the real estate arena, Cyndi decided to pursue a real estate career. She has been licensed since 2007 and believes in providing her clients with exceptional service. She has also earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (CDPE) allowing her to help homeowners when faced with pre-foreclosure status. Setting herself apart from other real estate agents, she is also the owner of an interior decorating business. Her services have proven resourceful to her real estate clients when selling and/or buying a home. She provides fresh ideas in order to prepare homes for sale, update investment properties, and help buyers personalize their new home. Through consulting, home staging, and re-design, she is able to position homes to sell faster and for a higher dollar amount.
Cyndi believes in staying active and participates in seasonal golf and tennis leagues. She also enjoys spending time watching her kids participate in their favorite sport activities which include: girls’ lacrosse, cross country, ice hockey, and mixed martial arts. Her idea of a perfect day would be spending the day at home with her family, enjoying home-cooked meals, playing games, and ending it with popcorn and a great movie.
When not conducting real estate business, Cyndi likes to travel. Some of her favorite places to visit are the Hawaiian Islands, Mackinac Island, MI, and the wine country of Sonoma, CA where she can go site seeing, hiking, shopping, and take advantage of “al fresco” dining experiences which are among her favorite things to do when traveling.
